World Meeting Planner
Compare working hours across cities and find a time for your international team
Cities and local working hours
Compare 24 elapsed hours from your chosen time in 30-minute steps. Set working hours in each city’s local time. A meeting fits only if its entire duration is within those hours.
Supports 2000–2100. DST and UTC offsets use your browser’s time-zone data. Public holidays are not included. Working hours must start and end within one local day; overnight shifts are not supported.
All inputs are processed in your browser. The ICS file imports an event into your calendar; it does not send invitations to participants.
Calendar file specification: RFC 5545What this tool does
Find a practical meeting time for people in different parts of the world. Choose two to five cities, set local working hours, and compare 48 candidate start times over the next 24 elapsed hours. Each candidate shows local dates, weekdays, and UTC offsets with daylight-saving changes applied. Filter to times that fit everyone, copy a message with each city’s time, or download an ICS event to import into your calendar.
Common use cases
- Find overlapping working hours for an international team
- Check a meeting time around a daylight-saving change
- Share a meeting plan with clear local dates and times
How to use it
- Select two to five cities and enter working hours in each city’s local time.
- Choose the reference city, starting date and time, and meeting duration.
- Compare the next 24 hours, optionally filter to times that fit everyone, and select a candidate.

Important notes
- Dates from 2000 to 2100 are supported. Time-zone rules come from your browser’s IANA data; future policy changes depend on browser updates.
- A local time skipped by a clock change is rejected. When a time occurs twice, choose the desired UTC offset explicitly.
- Candidates advance in 30-minute increments of elapsed time. Local clock times can skip or repeat on daylight-saving transition days.
- Working hours use 30-minute steps within one day. Overnight shifts and public holidays are not included. Each city can include or exclude weekends.
- ICS files import a single event. They do not send invitations or synchronize later changes.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it account for daylight saving time?
- Yes. The selected date and IANA time zone determine each local time. UTC offsets are shown so repeated clock times can be distinguished.
- What if no time fits everyone?
- Compare how many cities are within working hours, or adjust the search starting point and work schedules. The entire meeting must fit for a city to count as within hours.
- How do I use the ICS file?
- Open or import it in a compatible calendar. Start and end are stored in UTC and displayed according to your calendar settings. Check the imported times before sharing.
